About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend internal and client kick-off meetings to understand project requirements and learning objectives.

2. Develop storyboards aligned with design documents, instructional design principles, and style guidelines.

3. Create narration/audio scripts and detailed visualization notes for graphics, animations, and videos.

4. Collaborate with the internal team to conceptualize and review course visuals and interactive elements.

5. Capture screenshots and prepare content for software simulations and process-based training.

6. Review media assets and course content to ensure instructional effectiveness and quality.

7. Test final course outputs, identify issues, and ensure compliance with the test plan.

8. Participate in handover meetings and address internal and client feedback.
