You are applying for the position of Enterprise Sales Executive (AI SaaS) at a company that is a category leader in Business AI Operator, MyOperator. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to drive high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, by engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in closing large-ticket SaaS deals, managing long sales cycles, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle which includes outbound prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Engage in conversations with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline that is 35 times the quota.
- Close high-value deals ranging from 10L to 50L+ ACV with a structured sales approach.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams for solution alignment.
- Lead in-person meetings, enterprise demos, and negotiations.
- Consistently achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets ranging from 1Cr to 3Cr+.
Target Market & Territory:
- Focus on India-based mid-market & enterprise clients.
- Key industries include E-commerce, BFSI, Healthcare, Real Estate, Logistics, and Education.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 48 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals with a ticket size of 10L+.
- Experience in managing long sales cycles lasting 3090+ days.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and deal closure.
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and quotas.
- Experience in selling SaaS, CPaaS, cloud, or tech solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
Good to Have:
- Experience in AI, communication platforms, or automation tools.
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder enterprise deal cycles.
- Familiarity with solution selling or consultative frameworks.
