Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnership Manager working at the Gurugram office of myfollo.com. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships, managing client account portfolios, and driving business development through B2C sales activities. The individual will conduct in-depth market research, establish strong communication lines with partners, and contribute to the organization’s objectives by identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.

• Proven expertise in building and managing partnerships and strategic business collaborations
• Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and foster trust with partners and clients
• Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for strategic partnerships and growth
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in B2C sales or partnerships in the real estate or related industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• High adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
