About the Role

We build custom, MLS-integrated websites for Canadian real estate agents. The product is proven, agents are buying, and we need closers to help us scale.

This is a hybrid role with No Commision Cap! We generate warm leads through our AI-powered outreach system and book qualified demos onto your calendar, but we also expect you to build your own pipeline. The best reps will combine the leads we provide with their own prospecting: networking at real estate events, reaching out to agents on LinkedIn, asking for referrals after every close, and building relationships with brokerage managers. We give you a head start. You build on it.

By the time you get on a company-sourced call, the prospect has already responded to outreach, agreed to see a demo, and we have already built a preview of their website with their name and brand on it. For deals you source yourself, we build the demo site before your call the same way. Either way, you show up prepared with a live product to present.

What You'll Do

  • Join pre-booked demo calls with agents sourced through our outreach system.
  • Prospect and build your own pipeline: LinkedIn outreach, real estate events, Facebook groups, brokerage introductions.
  • Walk agents through their custom-built demo site on a screenshare (we build it before every call, whether we sourced the lead or you did).
  • Run a simple 3-call sales process: demo, pricing, and final delivery handoff.
  • Close website deals at $999–$1,999 per sale.
  • Collect referrals from every closed client to keep your pipeline growing.
  • Communicate weekly on pipeline activity and close targets.

Compensation

Commission on every website setup fee you close. The rate depends on how the lead was sourced:

  • Company-sourced leads (booked onto your calendar by us): 20% commission ($200–$400 per close).
  • Self-sourced leads (your own prospecting): 25% commission ($250–$500 per close).

Earnings at different close volumes:

  • Close 4 per month: $800–$2,000/month
  • Close 8 per month: $1,600–$3,600/month
  • Close 12 per month: $2,400–$4,500/month

What We Provide

  • A steady flow of pre-qualified, pre-booked demo calls to supplement your own prospecting.
  • A custom demo website built for each prospect before your call (their name, their brand, their market). This applies to every deal, whether we sourced it or you did.
  • Complete sales training: product walkthrough, objection handling, and the 3-call framework.
  • Sales deck, client deliverables package, contracts, and payment processing. All admin handled.
  • Territory exclusivity in your assigned city or region.
  • Slack channel with direct access to the founding team.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who doesn't wait for leads to land in your lap. You'll get warm leads from us, but you bring your own hustle too.
  • Confident on video calls and comfortable doing screenshare demos.
  • Able to follow a defined sales process while still being natural in conversation.
  • Comfortable networking: real estate events, LinkedIn outreach, brokerage introductions.
  • Available for at least 10–15 hours per week (calls are typically booked during business hours).
  • Based in Canada (understanding the Canadian real estate market is a major plus).

Real estate industry experience is a plus but not required. If you've sold SaaS, marketing services, or any B2B product on commission, you have the skills.
