Job Description
MyHealio is a Jaipur-based mental health startup redefining accessibility for students. We are building a 'Pod Model' where Junior Associates handle early-intervention counseling under the direct supervision of an RCI-Licensed Senior.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Facilitate evidence-based support sessions (Active Listening, CBT-tools, Grounding).
- Triage clients and escalate clinical cases to the Senior Consultant.
- Participate in mandatory clinical supervision (10 hours/month).
- Contribute to "Mental Action Plans" for our student community.
Day and night both shifts available.
