Job Summary: My DR NOW is a fast‑growing telehealth organization seeking Medical Call Center Representatives to support our patients through high‑quality, compassionate service. This is a fully remote position with remote orientation/training, designed for individuals who excel in call‑center environments, remote work settings and are passionate about healthcare.

This role plays a key part in ensuring patients receive timely, accurate, and friendly support throughout their care journey.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound patient calls
• Schedule appointments and assist with general patient inquiries
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution‑focused service
• Meet established quality, attendance, and performance metrics

Need to know information:

• Fully remote training provided by our Arizona-based corporate team
• We are open 7 days a week — shifts start at 6am or 8am

Pay: $16–$18/hour + generous bonuses (avg comp pay is $18-$21/hr)

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare call center, or customer service role preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated while working remotely
• Professional demeanor and patient‑focused mindset

Work From Home Requirements:

• Candidates must already have a personal computer/laptop
• Stable-reliable internet connection
• Quiet-private work from home area
• Minimum speed: 100 Mbps / 10 Mbps upload
