MUST be able to develop budgets from scratch and complete all required documents with little to no oversight. We are looking for a self-sufficient up and coming development expert looking to grow with us.
About Us
MVP360 Sports is a leading youth development organization with over 13 years of experience using sports as a vehicle for positive change. We empower youth through immersive sports camps (including major partnerships like Let It Fly Flag Football), leadership training, and holistic programs that build character, promote healthy living, and foster community impact.
Operation: Rise Up! (The Rise Up Experience) is our 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm dedicated to solving youth sports access challenges. We equip young people-especially in underserved communities-to rise above obstacles and become confident, productive leaders through the transformative power of sports and entertainment.
We operate with a signature "360" approach across three pillars:
- Education & Career Development
- Healthy Living & Physical Literacy
- Social & Emotional Wellbeing
Supporting these efforts are MVP360 Management (Veteran-Owned full-service events, marketing, branding, and business development agency). Together, we deliver high-impact sports camps, events, clinics, and community programs across dozens of states and internationally.

- Manage the full grant lifecycle: tracking deadlines, submitting applications, reporting requirements, and maintaining funder relationships.
- Collaborate with program staff, coaches, and leadership to gather stories, data, outcomes, and impact metrics (e.g., youth served, camps delivered, states reached).
- Support fundraising events and experiential marketing campaigns in coordination with TRUE Entertainment.
- Maintain a grants/sponsorships calendar, pipeline reports, and CRM/database of prospects and funders.
- Stay current on trends in youth sports funding, equity initiatives, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) opportunities.
