Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead the maintenance operations at our Bongaigaon facility. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing and overseeing preventive maintenance, repair activities, and maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal functioning of our infrastructure and equipment. Key responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing best practices for maintenance management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair techniques to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Strong expertise in Maintenance and Maintenance Management to develop, oversee, and optimize systems and processes.
• Experience in Team Management to lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance personnel for effective operations.
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and productivity optimization in maintenance operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the infrastructure or manufacturing sector.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Bongaigaon and manage a dynamic, results-driven environment.
