Private lessons are the cornerstone of building lifelong relationships with music, and our deep commitment to music education shapes everything we do. We handle all the administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on inspiring creativity in your students!

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging music lessons tailored to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Develop strong relationships with students and parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with store teams to effectively schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
• Share your musical expertise to motivate students and nurture their development.

What We Require:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of proven music teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Experience of 8+ years in teaching, especially across a variety of instruments including but not limited to banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, cello, flute, saxophone, and voice.
