Your Role:

As a Music Educator, you will cultivate an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment where students flourish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing music lessons tailored to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Building strong relationships with students and parents through regular communication, personalized goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Collaborating with store teams to effectively schedule lessons and promote student retention.
• Sharing your musical knowledge to inspire students and nurture their development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in music.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Memberships or certifications in professional teaching organizations.
• Over 8 years of teaching experience, particularly with a variety of instruments such as piano, guitar, violin, and voice.
