Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, your role will involve promoting and selling our OTC product range in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving monthly primary & secondary sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company's OTC products in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary & secondary sales targets.
- Visit distributors, retailers, and chemists to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer/dealer network.
- Ensure proper product placement, branding, and merchandising at retail counters.
- Track competitor activities and share insights with the management team.
- Provide product knowledge and training to channel partners as required.
- Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Participate in promotional activities, camps, and field marketing drives.
- Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum Graduate (preferred: B.Pharm, BBA, or related field).
- 13 years of experience in FMCG/Pharma/Ayurvedic sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
- Good market understanding and problem-solving ability.
- Owning a two-wheeler is preferred for field mobility. Role Overview:
