Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Certified Personal Trainer role based in the Pune Division. The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized fitness programs to meet clients' individual goals. Responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, leading group classes, providing nutritional advice, monitoring clients' progress, and fostering a motivating environment. Trainers will also demonstrate and ensure the safe use of fitness equipment and actively promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
• Experience in designing and leading Circuit Training and Sports Coaching sessions
• Knowledge of Nutrition and its integration into fitness programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement
• Certification in Personal Training or a related field
• CPR and First Aid certified is preferred
• Commitment to promoting a healthy, active lifestyle to clients
• Prior experience in functional fitness or similar settings is a plus
