Role Overview
As a PPC Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for ecommerce clients. You will play a key role in scaling revenue, improving ROAS, and identifying new growth opportunities.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – prospecting + remarketing)
- Manage budgets and allocate spend based on performance and ROI targets
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, AOV)
Ecommerce Feed & Platform Management
- Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds (primary + supplemental)
- Work with product data to improve:
- Titles, descriptions, GTINs, categorization
- Pricing strategies and promotional feeds
- Maintain and optimize Meta Commerce Manager / product catalogs
- Troubleshoot feed errors, disapprovals, and sync issues
Testing & Optimization
- Execute ongoing A/B testing across:
- Ad creatives (images, video, copy)
- Landing pages and funnels
- Audience targeting and bidding strategies
- Continuously iterate based on performance data
Creative & Strategy
- Collaborate on ad creative direction (static, video, UGC-style)
- Write high-performing ad copy aligned with brand and conversion goals
- Identify scaling opportunities (new audiences, offers, campaign structures)
Conversion Optimization
- Analyze ecommerce funnels and identify drop-off points
- Provide recommendations to improve:
- Landing page performance
- Checkout experience
- Upsells, bundles, and AOV strategies
- Work closely with dev/SEO teams to implement improvements
Tracking & Analytics
- Ensure proper tracking via:
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel / Conversion API
- Build and interpret performance reports
- Attribute revenue across channels effectively
AI & Tools
Leverage AI tools for:
- Ad copy generation
- Creative ideation
- Data analysis and insights
- Stay current with platform updates and automation trends
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years managing PPC campaigns for ecommerce brands
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROAS
- Experience managing $10K–$100K+ monthly ad spend preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with:
- Google Ads (especially Shopping & Performance Max)
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Merchant Center (primary & supplemental feeds)
- Meta Commerce Manager
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify)
Analytical & Strategic
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (ROAS, AOV, LTV, CAC)
- Ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions
- Experience with attribution challenges and solutions
