• Rankings on priority keywords.
• Organic leads from On-Page/Off-Page SEO.

Performance Marketer

Role

Run growth campaigns on Meta/Google and other channels; scale qualified leads and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead-gen, retargeting, webinar/seminar registrations.
• Pixel/Tags, A/B tests, funnel optimization.
• Campaigns for books/games/courses; weekly dashboards.
• Handover to Sales; improve CPL/CPA with feedback loops.

KRAs

• Qualified leads and CPL.
• ROIS (store items) and webinar attendance rate.
• Lead→admission conversion support metrics.
