About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our MSP Sales Hub team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels
• Engage with potential clients and understand their business needs
• Present and promote MSP services effectively
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales (preferably in IT/MSP domain)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in US shift or international sales is a plus
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
• Basic understanding of IT services is preferred

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Attractive performance-based incentives
