Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales and business growth in the assigned territory (Lucknow) by developing strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Appoint and manage collection centers / channel partners
- Develop doctor and hospital referral network
- Conduct field visits and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure revenue growth and territory expansion
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years of sales experience (Diagnostics / Pharma preferred)
- Strong local market knowledge of Lucknow
- Good communication and negotiation skills
