Role Summary:

Responsible for driving sales and business growth in the assigned territory (Lucknow) by developing strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Appoint and manage collection centers / channel partners
  • Develop doctor and hospital referral network
  • Conduct field visits and promotional activities
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Ensure revenue growth and territory expansion

Requirements

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of sales experience (Diagnostics / Pharma preferred)
  • Strong local market knowledge of Lucknow
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
