Technical Program Manager

Position: Technical Program Management

Experience: 8+ Years (Minimum 3+ Years in Program Management)

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage projects delivered through our partner companies and clients. This role requires strong client engagement, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal development teams to ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between client-facing teams, partner organizations, and engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and discovery calls to understand business and technical requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies and client-facing teams
• Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
• Align internal development teams with client expectations and project goals
• Identify technical dependencies, risks, and considerations early in the lifecycle
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Support scope clarification and requirement discussions throughout the project

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years in Program Management
• Experience in partner-driven delivery models or outsourcing environments
• Strong technical background (prior experience as Developer, Tech Lead, or Solution Engineer preferred)
• Solid understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and workflows
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder discussions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (BA, QA, Dev, etc.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Agile / Scrum experience
• Exposure to technical documentation and solution design
• Knowledge of cloud technologies
• Experience with tools like Jira or similar PM tools
• Understanding of AI/ML, automation, or modern web architecture
• Experience managing multiple projects and distributed teams
