Network Operations Center Engineer

We’re Hiring: NOC Engineer | Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Are you passionate about infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring system uptime? We are looking for a skilled NOC Engineer to join our growing team.

Role Details

Experience: 3 Years

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office – Mandatory)

Shift: Rotational (Every 2 Months)

• 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM
• 01:30 PM – 09:30 PM
• 09:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure and network systems
• Troubleshoot alerts, incidents, and outages
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
• Follow incident and problem management processes (ITIL preferred)

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in NOC or Production Support
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems
• Working knowledge of SQL / Oracle databases
• Experience with tools like Geneos, Corvil, ServiceNow
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
