Chartered Accountant (ca) Cost & Financial Analyst

As a Chartered Accountant (CA) in our company, you will play a crucial role in managing cost control, financial planning, and profitability analysis within our supply chain operations in the FMCG food trading sector. Your responsibilities will include analyzing costs, optimizing margins, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce overheads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted costs and highlight inefficiencies.
• Implement cost allocation methods across product lines, customers, and geographies.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams for vendor negotiations, purchase optimization, and inventory management.
• Recommend automation and process improvements to reduce transaction costs and overheads.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct margin analysis by product, customer, and geography to identify high and low-profit areas.

Qualifications Required:

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Robust expertise in financial planning, cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of FMCG food trading operations, including inventory rotation, logistics, and distribution costs.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
