Production Manager (Candidate with Refractory Experience Required)

• Production Manager – Refractories role in manufacturing plant
• Responsible for overall production planning and execution
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved
• Handle refractory products like CCR, and Monolithics
• Supervise raw material, mixing, casting, and drying processes
• Maintain product quality as per standards
• Ensure safety rules are followed in the plant
• Manage and guide the production team effectively
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
• Monitor machine efficiency and reduce downtime
• Control production costs and minimize wastage
• Maintain daily production reports and records
• Identify and solve production issues quickly
• Must have 5–10 years of refractory industry experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
