Educate: Start real conversations with homeowners about renewable energy options.

Guide: Help customers understand how switching to clean energy benefits their home and community.

Enroll: Walk customers through a seamless, accurate enrollment process - no confusion, no pressure.

Grow: Sharpen your skills daily with ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.

Achieve: Set goals, hit targets, and celebrate your wins with a supportive, high-energy team.

Lead: Represent Mpower with professionalism, confidence, and purpose while opening the door to leadership opportunities.

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200-$1,500+ (base pay + uncapped commission + bonuses)

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 11 AM-8 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (full training provided)
