Senior Copywriter

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns across digital and social platforms. If you're someone who can crack compelling concepts, write sharp copy, lead creative thinking, and collaborate seamlessly with designers, strategists, and clients, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

● Conceptualize and develop creative ideas alongside the creative and strategy teams.

● Decode client briefs and translate them into strong copy ideas and integrated campaigns.

● Write compelling, persuasive, and original copy across social media.

● Lead content ideation for monthly content calendars in collaboration with Account Managers and Strategists.

● Mentor junior copywriters by providing creative direction, feedback, and guidance.

● Present campaign ideas and creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.

● Collaborate with designers, art directors, strategists, and account teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

● Stay updated on emerging trends, pop culture, and platform innovations to create relevant and engaging content.

● Lead small to mid-sized pitches and actively contribute to large business pitches

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

● Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

● Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop campaign ideas across multiple platforms.

● Experience handling multiple brands and managing projects independently.

● Ability to take ownership, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong presentation and communication skills.

● A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
