Heavy Equipment Operators - Nevada Mining Project (21/7 Rotation | 7-Month Project)

We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 7-month large-scale mining project in Northern Nevada operating on a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation.

This role is ideal for traveling operators and road crews looking for long rotations, consistent overtime, and strong weekly earnings.

What You Get

• 21 days on / 7 days off rotation
• 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
• 84+ hours per week typical
• Company-provided housing or subsistence
• $35 per day per diem
• 6 hours paid rotational travel per rotation
• Project-based work with steady production schedules

Pay

• $35/hour + overtime
• Typical earnings: $3,200–$3,600+ per week, based on hours worked
• Plus paid rotational travel time

Equipment Operators with experience on:

• Dozers (D6–D10)
• Excavators (20T–90T)
• Rock Trucks (40T–100T)
• Graders (14M–16M)

Requirements

• 3+ years operating experience in mining or heavy civil
• Experience with haul roads, pads, or large earthworks preferred
• MSHA Part 48 (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work extended rotations in remote locations
