Job Description

The role of the Territory Manager is to identify, foster and support sales opportunities in their designated territory. The right candidate will work closely with the team to ensure all the customers' needs are met. The business requires the TM to interact in-person with a diverse range of customers within the hospital network, including Doctors, Nurses, Administrators, and Group Purchasing Organizations. This individual will serve as the subject-matter expert for all sales and marketing activities in the territory, driving and achieving sales through collaboration with the Country Director and Clinical Specialists. The TM will be a proven leader, an exceptional motivator, and an effective communicator.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Availability for 30% overnight travel
