Warehouse Operations Supervisor

You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations including inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, and inventory control at the Distribution Center. This role will require you to coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse staff to ensure the smooth movement of goods and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the receiving of materials from suppliers and other warehouses.
• Coordinate vehicle docking and unloading operations.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and GRN posting in SAP/WMS.
• Supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch to stores.
• Coordinate transportation and vehicle loading for deliveries.
• Ensure timely dispatch with proper documentation (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan).
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/WMS.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock audits.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse associates, loaders, and dispatch staff.
• Ensure warehouse SOP, safety, and 5S practices are followed.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and store teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 14 years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Experience in inbound, outbound, dispatch, or transportation coordination
