Position Overview

The Duty Manager (ASM) will oversee the daily store operations, ensure smooth customer experience, and manage staff during assigned shifts. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on experience in supermarket.

(Supermarket/grocery experience is preferable. Apparel, Fashion, QSR- Quick service Restaurant, Lifestyle profiles having strong leadership and customer service experience also considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store during your shift
• Manage floor operations, staff deployment, and customer service
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and shrinkage control
• Supervise cash counters and ensure billing accuracy
• Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain store hygiene, safety and compliance standards
• Support Store Manager in driving sales & achieving targets
• Guide, mentor and motivate store associates

Mandatory Experience

1.Experience in handling store operations and team supervision

2.Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory & customer handling

3.Basic education is also considered.
