Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) Cum Sales Executive who will handle customer inquiries, guide potential students, and convert leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-ups, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students / clients
  • Provide information about courses, fees, and admission process
  • Convert inquiries into admissions / sales
  • Maintain lead database and follow up regularly
  • Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams
  • Resolve basic customer queries and provide support
  • Achieve monthly admission / sales targets

Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills in English / Hindi / Bengali
  • Experience in customer service / telesales preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email)
  • Ability to work with sales targets
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Experience: 0–3 years

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
