Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) Cum Sales Executive who will handle customer inquiries, guide potential students, and convert leads into admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, follow-ups, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students / clients
- Provide information about courses, fees, and admission process
- Convert inquiries into admissions / sales
- Maintain lead database and follow up regularly
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams
- Resolve basic customer queries and provide support
- Achieve monthly admission / sales targets
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills in English / Hindi / Bengali
- Experience in customer service / telesales preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email)
- Ability to work with sales targets
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
