Job Overview:
We are looking for a Telecalling Coordinator to support lead management and telecalling operations. The role involves monitoring calls, distributing online leads to telecallers, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination within the admissions support team. This position is suitable for candidates with good organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review telecalling activities for quality and process adherence
- Distribute online leads among telecallers and maintain lead records
- Track follow-ups and update lead status in the system
- Coordinate with the admissions and telecalling teams for smooth workflow management
- Prepare basic reports related to calls, leads, and follow-up activities
- Support daily operational and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems preferred
- Ability to manage records and multitask efficiently
- Experience in telecalling coordination, lead management, or operations support preferred
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
