  • **Network Administration:**
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and Meraki appliances.
  • Design and implement secure LAN/WAN and wireless network architectures.
  • Manage VPNs, VLANs, ACLs, QoS, NAT, DHCP, and routing protocols.
  • Optimize network performance and resolve connectivity issues proactively.
  • **Systems Administration:**
  • Administer Windows Server and Linux-based systems.
  • Manage virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi and Hyper-V.
  • Perform patching, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Maintain monitoring systems for uptime, performance, and security.
  • **Security & Compliance:**
  • Implement and maintain firewall rules, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security.
  • Ensure network and system compliance with IT policies and regulatory standards.
  • **Cloud & Infrastructure Projects:**
  • Collaborate on hybrid-cloud connectivity and deployments.
  • Lead or participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and new deployments.
  • **Documentation & Support:**
  • Maintain accurate documentation including topology maps and configuration records.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for IT incidents and service requests.
  • Mentor junior administrators and serve as a technical SME for escalations.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • 810 years of relevant experience in systems and network administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus series switches, Cisco ASA, Cisco Meraki devices.
  • Expertise in routing/switching protocols, security configurations, Windows/Linux server environments, and virtualization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, change management processes, and certifications in Cisco CCNP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or ITIL Foundation are preferred.
