SEO Specialist Senior Level

As a Senior SEO Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for independently managing multiple SEO projects from technical audits to content strategy while providing guidance and mentoring to our in-house team. • *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage and execute SEO strategy across multiple projects/clients simultaneously
• Conduct technical SEO audits including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema markup, and JS SEO
• Perform keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and content mapping
• Implement on-page, off-page, and local SEO campaigns
• Monitor performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for seamless SEO implementation
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and share insights with the team
• Mentor junior SEO team members through reviews and knowledge sessions
• Identify organic lead generation opportunities to contribute to the business pipeline
• *Required Skills & Experience:**
• 46 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital agency or in-house team
• Proven track record of managing multiple SEO projects with measurable results
• Strong technical SEO knowledge including hreflang, log file analysis, structured data, and site architecture
• Experience with link building, digital PR, and domain authority growth strategies
• Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, and Surfer SEO
• Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and workflows such as ChatGPT and Surfer AI
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience mentoring a small SEO team is a strong advantage
