As a Senior SEO Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for independently managing multiple SEO projects from technical audits to content strategy while providing guidance and mentoring to our in-house team. - Manage and execute SEO strategy across multiple projects/clients simultaneously
- Conduct technical SEO audits including Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema markup, and JS SEO
- Perform keyword research, competitive gap analysis, and content mapping
- Implement on-page, off-page, and local SEO campaigns
- Monitor performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for seamless SEO implementation
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and share insights with the team
- Mentor junior SEO team members through reviews and knowledge sessions
- Identify organic lead generation opportunities to contribute to the business pipeline

- 46 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital agency or in-house team
- Proven track record of managing multiple SEO projects with measurable results
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including hreflang, log file analysis, structured data, and site architecture

- Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, and Surfer SEO
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools and workflows such as ChatGPT and Surfer AI

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
