The Role

You will assist lead professionals in restoring homes and businesses to their original (or better!) condition. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Supporting carpentry repairs and demolition.
• Assisting with water damage extraction and mold remediation setups.
• Learning to use specialized restoration equipment and tools.
• Improving our clients' lives by solving high-stress property issues.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Right Mindset: You are naturally curious, a quick learner, and driven to improve yourself every day.
• Client-Focused: You genuinely care about helping people through difficult situations.
• Reliability: You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to various job sites.
• Bonus Points: IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, etc.) are a plus, but we are happy to help you earn them if you don't have them yet.

Starting hourly pay between $20 and $32 an hour based on experience.
