Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeframe.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language as required).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Prior experience in customer support or telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).
