Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive for the Real Estate sector who can handle branding, lead generation, promotional campaigns, client engagement, and digital marketing activities to increase property sales and company visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute real estate marketing strategies.
• Generate leads through online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media platforms, advertisements, and property promotions.
• Coordinate with sales teams for campaign planning and lead conversion.
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and property listings.
• Handle property advertisements on portals and social media channels.
• Organize site visits, promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches.
• Maintain relationships with clients, channel partners, and vendors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Track marketing performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, and digital marketing teams.
• Ensure brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualification

Experience

• 1–5 years experience in Real Estate Marketing preferred
