Senior UI/UX Designer-(Interaction Design)

As an experienced UI/UX Designer with 8+ years of expertise in interface and interaction design, including experience in data-intensive applications, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, including 12 years in data-heavy applications
• Bachelors/Masters degree (B.Des/M.Des) in Product, Industrial, or Information Design from top institutes (IITs, NID, UID)
• Proven portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions
• Strong experience in enterprise design systems and scalable Figma component libraries
• Exposure to AI-driven design and translating AI features into intuitive user experiences
• Proficiency in collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning

Preferred Background:

• Candidates from Tier-1 product companies or startups
• Minimum 2 years of stability in current/previous roles
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
