Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager – Structural Design with strong expertise in RCC and building structures. The role involves leading design projects, managing teams, ensuring compliance with international codes, and delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare schematic and detailed structural designs including calculations and drawings
• Lead and manage a team of detailers and engineers
• Oversee design of steel, RCC, composite, wood, and light gauge structures
• Ensure quality checks of design outputs and 3D models
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Manage project estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with international design standards and codes

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in structural design (building structures preferred)
• Strong expertise in RCC (Reinforced Concrete) design
• Hands-on experience with ETABS / STAAD Pro / SAFE (any 1–2)
• Knowledge of US Codes: ACI / AISC / ASCE
• Experience in team handling and project management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with Tekla, Revit Structure, or Advance Steel
• Exposure to BIM and 3D modeling tools
