Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Job Search Operations Specialist to support candidates throughout their job search journey.
- In this role, you will manage resume tailoring, job applications, application tracking, and recruiter outreach to help candidates secure interviews faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Tailor resumes to align with job descriptions and ATS requirements
- Submit high-quality job applications across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek, and company portals
- Complete applications using ATS systems including Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever
- Track applications, updates, and outcomes in Google Sheets
- Conduct personalised outreach to recruiters and hiring managers
- Coordinate with candidates regarding job preferences, updates, and interview scheduling
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience tailoring resumes to align with job descriptions and ATS requirements
- Hands-on experience submitting applications via LinkedIn, Indeed, Seek, and company career portals
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever
- Strong ability to track and manage application data using Google Sheets or similar tools
- Experience with recruiter outreach, follow-ups, and candidate coordination
- Excellent written communication and organisational skills
