Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 Business Central to support North American clients in upgrading from Microsoft Navision to Dynamics 365 Business Central or implementing new Business Central solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong ERP domain knowledge, deep functional expertise across Business Central modules, and the ability to manage end-to-end client engagements including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with North American clients and understand their business needs
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing)
• Perform gap analysis between existing Navision systems and Business Central
• Design, configure, and customize Business Central solutions
• Develop and execute data migration strategies for smooth system transitions
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
• Deliver end-user training sessions on Business Central functionalities
• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and post-implementation support
• Stay updated with the latest enhancements in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Pursue certifications and professional development opportunities

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Experience in Navision to Business Central upgrades
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English – written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with North American clients
• Willingness to travel to North America as required

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Certification in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Familiarity with North American business practices and regulations
• Experience with ERP implementation methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing exposure
