Job description
Healthcare is broken at the first step: patients can't find the right care, understand what it costs, or access the medications they need. Mochi Health is fixing this.
We're building an AI-driven marketplace that makes healthcare discoverable—connecting patients to the right providers, transparent pharmacy pricing, and affordable medications. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly by combining clinical expertise with technology that actually works for real people, not just hospital systems.
Our platform does what legacy healthcare can't: it gives patients transparent pricing before they pay, personalized medication management that follows them across providers, and long-term access to their own medical records. We're proving that healthcare can be more affordable, more human, and far more intuitive than what exists today.
Join a team that's rebuilding healthcare from the patient up. At Mochi Health, you'll work alongside people who value bold thinking, inclusive collaboration, and getting meaningful work into the world. If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it.
$120,000 - $150,000
Full-time / Onsite (5 days/week)
About The Role
Mochi Health is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the consumer journey from first touch through signup and into active treatment. You'll build and optimize the email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging flows that convert interest into signups across Mochi's various treatment options, and keep people moving forward once they're in.
The ideal candidate has a track record of building lifecycle programs that drive real conversion, not just open and click rates. You're comfortable owning campaigns end to end, from strategy to copy to execution to measurement.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute lifecycle campaigns focused on driving signups and conversion across Mochi's treatment options, across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Build segmented and personalized messaging strategies tailored to where someone is in the funnel (e.g., interest, signup started, signup incomplete, early treatment)
- Build automated workflows and behavioral triggers that move people through signup and into early engagement, including reactivation flows for people who drop off before converting
- Own onboarding and early-engagement messaging to reduce drop-off and get new patients successfully started on treatment
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize messaging, timing, channel mix, and sequencing
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify friction points and conversion opportunities across the signup funnel
- Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and reporting that surface actionable insights on funnel conversion and campaign impact
- Partner with design and brand on creative and messaging for lifecycle campaigns
- Manage lifecycle marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Iterable) and keep flows organized and up to date
Who You Are
- 3+ years' experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, ideally in a consumer or DTC environment with a strong acquisition/conversion focus
- Hands-on experience building and managing multi-channel flows (email, SMS, push, in-app) in a lifecycle or marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of funnel segmentation, triggered messaging, and behavioral targeting
- Comfortable writing and iterating on consumer-facing copy, or partnering closely with someone who does
- Data-driven approach to testing and optimization, with the ability to read funnel and cohort data to inform decisions
- Bias toward action and high velocity of experimentation
- Excellent communication skills
