As a BMC TrueSight Expert Administrator with 8 to 12 years of experience at our Bangalore, Whitefield location, you will be responsible for the following:

• Strong experience with BMC TrueSight Operations Management including installation, upgrade, integration, administration, and configuration, especially with version 10.x & later.
• Installation of Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris OS.
• Experience in Helix Migration.
• Working on knowledge modules like DB, WebSphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, Sentry monitoring studio, etc., along with basic KMs like OS, LOG, URL.
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent and TrueSight server component issues.
• Event Management policy administration and configuration.
• Design and implementation of integration solutions with 3rd party tools for event & performance management.
• TrueSight-Remedy ITSM integration, troubleshooting, enhancements.
• Working knowledge of MRLs, custom classes.
• Configuring and designing reports using TSOM Smart reporting, OOTB TrueSight reports.
• Analyzing environment & event data to fine-tune & reduce instance, event count.
• Reviewing, analyzing, fine-tuning & enhancing TrueSight architecture & its components as per growing infrastructure & customer requirements.
• Experience with Patrol Central, RT, Console server, PCM components.
