About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to drive business growth and patient footfall for our dedicated Neurology and Neuro-Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Centre. In this role, you will be the face of the facility in the Mumbai market, responsible for building strong referral networks, managing corporate healthcare tie-ups, and ensuring an exceptional, supportive experience for patients undergoing neurological care and long-term neuro-rehab.
Key Responsibilities
- Referral Network Generation: Identify, meet, and build strong professional relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), Consulting Physicians, Orthopedics, and other neighborhood specialists to drive clinical referrals for Neurology consultations and Neuro-Physiotherapy rehabilitation programs.
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and large residential societies to promote health check-ups, stroke-awareness programs, and specialized, long-term neuro-rehab packages (e.g., post-stroke recovery, Parkinson's care, neuropathy rehab).
- Patient Journey & Centre Experience: Act as the central point of contact for referring doctors regarding their patients' clinical and therapeutic progress. Ensure a seamless, highly empathetic experience for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey by coordinating with neurologists, senior physiotherapists, and operations teams.
- BTL Activities & Event Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, Round Table Meetings (RTMs), and public health/stroke awareness camps to build local salience for the Centre's specialized rehab capabilities.
- Target Achievement: Take ownership of department-specific revenue and footfall targets (Doctor Consultations and Physiotherapy/Rehab Sessions) and track daily/weekly conversion metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor clinic activities, therapy pricing, and new rehabilitation technologies in the local market, providing actionable insights to the management team.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, specifically in driving referrals for a hospital or specialized clinic. Prior exposure to the Neurology, Physiotherapy, or Neuro-Rehabilitation domain is highly preferred.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy (BPT), or Business. An MBA or a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management is a strong advantage.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mumbai healthcare landscape with a pre-existing network of referring doctors and clinics in the region.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High empathy and problem-solving ability are crucial for managing the patient experience for those requiring intensive neuro-physiotherapy.
