Business development Channel Sales
- Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement the overall channel sales strategy.
o Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
o Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners.
o Set sales targets and track performance metrics.
o Provide training and support to channel partners.
o Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing initiatives.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Qualifications for Business development Channel Sales (B2B):**
- Open to freshers or candidates with up to **5 years of experience** in B2B sales.
- Passionate about sales and committed to achieving success in the B2B sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Diploma or degree in **Mechanical** or **Automotive Engineering** is highly preferred.
- Background in the **automotive industry** is essential, with experience in sectors like:
- Tyres
- Batteries
- Additives
- Direct selling
- Car dealerships
- Garage equipment
- Automotive parts companies
- Oil marketing companies
- Strong customer service and sales acumen, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using and optimizing **CRM systems** to track and manage sales pipelines.
