We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee day-to-day front office operations for an 80-room property. The candidate should be capable of managing reservations, guest relations, and team supervision while ensuring smooth coordination with all departments.

• Manage front office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest handling
• Handle inventory, rates, and availability using STAAH Channel Manager
• Coordinate with housekeeping, sales, reservations, and F&B for smooth operations
• Monitor OTA bookings, overbookings, and rate parity
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and quick resolution of issues
• Train and supervise front office team and shift planning
• Prepare daily reports, occupancy, ARR, and revenue updates
• Experience managing a mid-size hotel/resort (around 80 rooms)
• Hands-on knowledge of STAAH channel manager and OTA management
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle operations independently

Pay: ₹12,626.37 - ₹37,946.28 per month
