We're Hiring One Human to Run a Team of AI Agents

Role: Digital Creative Lead, MiTL Studio

Type: Full-time. Founder-led. Remote-first.

Reports to: Keith Bilous, Founder

The Real Job

You will lead a team of AI agents the way a creative director leads a studio.

You will build the team.

You will train the team.

You will manage the team.

You will fire and replace the team when it stops performing.

The agents do the volume.

You do the judgment.

You will run digital storytelling for a modern, AI-first, LIVE media company.

Across YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Substack, Instagram, podcast, and whatever launches next quarter.

Short arc. Long arc. Episode to episode. Quarter to quarter. Year to year.

The story is the product.

You're the one carrying it.

What You Will Actually Do

Run daily story operations across multiple shows and brands.

Direct AI agents on script, image, video, audio, edit, post, distribute, and respond.

Operate Veo, Nano Banana Pro, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and the next ten tools that don't exist yet.

Build community. Move conversations. Make people feel seen on the other side of the screen.

Hold the narrative line across every channel so nothing drifts.

Sit inside the cockpit with the founder and ship.

This is operational and creative.

Strategic and hands-on.

Big picture and pixel-level.

There is no hiding behind a team.

You are the team.

The agents are the team.

You've built things online that mattered.

You can show me the receipts.
