We specialize in developing AR/MR-enabled toys and consumer products, with complete in-house capabilities across design, tooling, molding, assembly, and production. Our team works closely across engineering, design, and manufacturing to take products from concept to market.

Role Description

This is a full-time, paid internship for a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern, based on-site in Ahmedabad.

You will work on real product development—contributing to the design, prototyping, and validation of mechanical systems for toys and consumer products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in mechanical design and development of new products
• Create and refine 3D CAD models and assemblies (SolidWorks / Fusion 360)
• Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM), especially for injection-molded parts
• Participate in feasibility studies and basic engineering calculations
• Work on prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements
• Collaborate with industrial design and production teams
• Prepare engineering drawings and documentation

Qualifications

• Pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred: 3rd year)
• Strong fundamentals in mechanical and machine design
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks / Fusion 360 preferred)
• Understanding of materials, tolerances, and manufacturing processes
• Hands-on mindset with problem-solving ability

Good to Have

• Exposure to plastic part design and injection molding
• Experience with prototyping (3D printing, workshop tools)
• Interest in toys, robotics, or consumer product development
