Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Home Health Aide role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Home Health Aide will provide compassionate in-home support to individuals associated with the MBA (IB) community or related stakeholders, assisting with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living. Responsibilities include monitoring general well-being, supporting basic patient care needs, and reporting changes in condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals as required. The role also involves helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, offering emotional support, and ensuring respect for privacy and dignity at all times. The Home Health Aide will collaborate with families, caregivers, and institutional staff to align care with established guidelines and care plans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Home Care and the ability to provide safe, reliable in-home support.
• Experience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Competence in Patient Care and Personal Care, with a focus on comfort, hygiene, and dignity.
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and staff.
• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, caregiver, or in a similar support role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices, including infection control and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, follow care instructions, and maintain confidentiality.
• Relevant certification or training in caregiving, nursing assistance, or first aid is an advantage.
