Job Description
Provide individual counseling sessions to employees (stress, anxiety, work-life balance, personal challenges) Conduct psychological assessments and screening when required Offer crisis intervention and emotional support during critical situations Develop employee mental wellness programs and preventive strategies Conduct workshops on stress management, resilience, communication, and emotional intelligence Support employees dealing with burnout, conflict, or performance-related stress Maintain confidential counseling records and documentation Collaborate with HR on employee wellbeing initiatives Assist in conflict resolution and workplace mediation Provide guidance on improving team dynamics and interpersonal relationships Support leadership with psychological insights for better people management Identify early signs of mental health risks and recommend appropriate action Develop return-to-work support plans for employees after mental health leave Promote a positive organizational culture and psychological safety Provide referrals to external mental health professionals when needed Conduct periodic mental health awareness campaigns Monitor effectiveness of wellness programs through feedback and reporting Ensure compliance with ethical standards and psychological best practices
