Role Description

This is a full-time & remote Creative Visualiser & Designer role. The Creative Visualiser & Designer will conceptualize and execute visual ideas for digital campaigns, social media content, website banners, Ad Banners and marketing collateral aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphic designs, mood boards, and storyboards; collaborating with copywriters, strategists, client servicing team and account managers; and adapting visuals for multiple platforms and formats. The role involves experimenting with layouts, color, lighting, and visual styles to enhance brand storytelling, while ensuring consistency and high-quality output. if the output is consistent and great, designers will also support pitches and presentations with compelling visuals, and stay current with design and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Strong visualization skills, with the ability to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Proficiency in graphic design and graphics development, including layouts, typography, and brand-consistent visual systems.
• Experience with drawing and sketching for concept development, storyboarding, and rapid ideation.
• Understanding of lighting and its impact on mood, composition, and visual hierarchy in static and motion assets.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, knowledge of Figma or Gen AI tools is a plus).
• Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, web, and digital advertising formats.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and versatility across styles and formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, UI design, or video editing tools is an advantage.
