Job Description
Mental Health Clinician — Psychotherapist, Registered Psychologist, or Social Worker (MSW)
Who We Are
MindSeed is a private, virtual trauma-specialized psychotherapy centre based in Ontario. We provide individual therapy (16+), couples, family, and group psychotherapy, grounded in a structured 3-stage trauma model of care.
We are an interdisciplinary team of seasoned clinicians committed to clinical excellence and ongoing development. Our therapists receive weekly training and consultation from leading experts in trauma therapy, with a strong focus on building depth in both formulation and intervention. We also offer psychiatric consultations for clients actively receiving psychotherapy at our centre.
We are growing with intention, and we are looking for clinicians who want to be part of something collaborative and well-built.

Is This Role Right For You
We want to be upfront about what this role requires, because alignment matters as much as credentials to us.
MindSeed invests significantly in the training, consultation, and development of every clinician on our team. In exchange, we ask for a genuine commitment to that process. This role is designed for clinicians who are looking to integrate into a collaborative, team-based practice as a primary professional commitment. Clinicians contracted at or employed by other group practices are welcome to apply. However, we do not hire clinicians who are actively building or growing their own independent private practice alongside this role.
Attendance at the following sessions is mandatory:
- Weekly Friday sessions that rotate between two time blocks, planned up to 6 months in advance: 9:30 to 11:00am EST (group consultation) or 1:00 to 2:00pm EST (training session).
- In-person art consultations every 2 to 3 months, held on Thursday afternoons in Toronto (in addition to Friday sessions).
Please review your availability against both commitments carefully before applying. If you are looking for a place to deepen your clinical skills within a structured, well-supported team environment, we would love to hear from you.
