The Role

We are seeking a disciplined and emotionally intelligent Senior High Ticket Sales Closer (Remote) to enroll qualified inbound leads into our core programs:

• Ideal Career Discovery
• Job Search Accelerator
• 360 Career Mentorship and Leadership

You will conduct structured introductory calls, assess alignment, and confidently guide qualified prospects toward enrollment.

All leads are inbound and pre-qualified.

This is consultative enrollment — not cold calling or pressure selling.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Conducting structured intro calls with warm inbound leads
• Assessing fit and positioning the appropriate program
• Closing aligned prospects at a minimum 25% conversion rate
• Managing pipeline through CRM (Hubspot), Calendly, and Stripe
• Coordinating with psychology and operations teams for seamless onboarding
• Upholding brand integrity and professionalism in all interactions

You are responsible for conversion, not lead generation.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a closer who:

• Has 2+ years of documented high ticket closing experience
• Has consistently closed offers up to $5K
• Can demonstrate performance metrics
• Understands consultative sales psychology
• Is structured, composed, and performance oriented
• Aligns with a professional, psychology-based brand
• Understanding of different careers, industries and sectors to be able to engage in conversations with clients from unique backgrounds
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly

This role requires maturity, accountability, and consistency.

Compensation

Performance-based commission structure:

• 9%–15% tiered commission based on monthly volume
• Earning potential up to $10,000+ per month
• No cap on commission
