Job Description
Hiring: Clinical Psychologist
We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Rehabilitation Psychologist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy sessions.
- Work with individuals across age groups, with a focus on childhood disorders (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, behavioral and emotional concerns).
- Participate in both in-clinic and remote OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations.
- Maintain detailed case records and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Must be RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) licensed.
- Valid certification to practice as a Rehabilitation Psychologist.
- Experience or strong interest in working with children and managing childhood disorders.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective assessments.
- Commitment to ethical and patient-centered care.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in child and adolescent mental health.
- Exposure to therapies for neurodevelopmental and behavioral conditions.
- Experience in mental health or remote OPD services.
- Freshers are also welcomed.
